The seal of the University, referred to in para. 2 has arrived and is in Mr. Paskin's safe.

Copies of paras. 4 and 5 have been registered on files 53611/19 and 53611/11 respectively.

I have sent an acknowledgment to Dr. Gordon King (34) and we can now await the further letter which he promises sending a full size photo graph of the University Diploma and a current list of students who will be eligible for emergency"
